Prime Lenders was amazing in helping me purchase my home last month!  I had been through a divorce, a divorce addendum, a promotion, part of my income is bonuses, I own multiple rental properties, and also run a couple of side businesses.  Even though I'm a lender for over a decade my loan file made me nervous.  Glenn took the time to go over it with me several times and Jennifer was very communicative throughout the entire process.  She was on the phone with the bank and me every day, multiple times per day.  Prime Lenders worked with me, my realtor, the title company, and even the selling realtor to make sure that everything was approved and completed even though the bank had trouble understanding my complicated loan package.  We even hit an additional snag towards the end because there was a fraudulent tax return filed in my name in 2011.  Jennifer held on the line with the IRS for over 2 hours (going way beyond the call of duty) to get this issue resolved and avoid delaying closing.  On top of all that the property was a foreclosure from large financial institution whom was very difficult to work with.  I truly believe that without their hard work, dedication, and extreme caring about the client (me) my loan would've fallen apart and I would've had to go back to the drawing board on finding a different property and started the whole process over again.  I'm very happy in my new home and have Prime Lenders to thank! - Andrew D
